Travel Cot is available on request and subject to availability. We ask guests to provide their own linen due to the sensitivity of babies skin.
No need to worry about occasional accidents; we understand that breakages can happen. We won't charge for little incidents like broken glassware However, we kindly ask that you inform us of any damage before check-out. This enables us to maintain the property in excellent condition for all future guests.
We require digitally signed T & C's which we'll send via an email link. This ensures that our property remains in top condition for everyone to enjoy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please be aware that there will be a one-time, £20 additional fee for any dogs during your stay. This will be coordinated with Travel Lettings' Michelle, your host.
To maintain a clean and enjoyable space for all guests, we now require a refundable £100 security deposit. This amount is pre-authorized 48 hours before arrival and released within 48 hours of departure after property inspection, coordinated by Michelle from Travel Lettings.
Please note that, due to previous incidents, a £50 deduction will apply if any pet waste is found upon inspection. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our accommodations comfortable for everyone.
