Other things to note
Prices inclusive of electricity, oil, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Please note there is no reliable mobile phone signal. Although EE does has a reasonable signal. Wifi is reliable and averages 300mb Download, 20Mb Upload.
Dogs MUST be kept under control. You will be staying in the middle of sheep grazing land. Although the garden is mostly fenced there is a 5ft wall between the grazing land in part of the garden. Dogs who like to "venture" may find this escape route.
It is the guest’s responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
The cottage is accessed by a gravelled track over famers land. The final incline can be a little challenging in the winter but is seldom a problem unless there is snow.
Vans or commercial vehicles will not be able to access to the cottage.
Finally, and once again a small price to pay for the breath-taking location, Amazon, Royal Mail, Supermarkets do not deliver to the property. That's how remote and peaceful your stay will be.
