The front desk staff were very good. I had interactions mostly with Grace. She was very courteous, efficient and professional. One of the male receptionists, did not catch his name unfortunately, provided invaluable assistance with how to watch EPL match on line. The hotel is in a pretty good location in the Westbay area. You can walk to the City Center mall, though it might be a bit far for some people. But just behind the hotel is a small grocery store and a few other restaurants. I found the room to be in good shape and happily very quiet.

The hotel is very old and the service was horrible. I checked out at the same time and asked for a full refund and i even booked another hotel before i confirm the refund.
