Short stay!
I was there for a family party, one of my sisters was retiring after 38 years with the city. Everyone was great about making sure we had a great stay. I actually left a pillow in my room and didn't realize it until i was already home, some six hours away. I called the hotel and they had found it. I was told Bridget was off but would take care of getting it back to me. I called back and talked to Bridget and she took care of everything, even gave options on the shipping to get it to me sooner I needed it next day. I just got off the phone with her so we shall see, but i don't doubt everything will be fine.
