With its two bedrooms and loft, you'll have plenty of space to move around, and you'll love the vaulted ceilings, the cozy fireplace, and the modern designs found throughout the home. Natural light cascades in through the living area's large windows and sliding glass door. Outside, the balcony provides the perfect setting for those late-night catch-ups with old friends over glasses of local wine or, if you prefer, lounging around in the relaxing 6-person hot tub. This cozy place is fully modernized with all the amenities you'll need for a fabulous stay, including a convenient 50A electric vehicle charger in the garage. 5 Minutes away from deep water for your water sporting fun.
IMPORTANT: WE HAVE A NOISE POLICY. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 10PM MON-THU or 11PM FRI&SAT. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. We do have outdoor cameras monitoring activity. There are no cameras on any indoor spaces.
