Outside, the balcony provides the perfect setting for those late-night catch-ups with old friends over glasses of local wine or, if you prefer, lounging around in the relaxing 6-person hot tub. This cozy place is fully modernized with all the amenities you'll need for a fabulous stay, including a convenient 50A electric vehicle charger in the garage. 5 Minutes away from deep water for your water sporting fun.
IMPORTANT: WE HAVE A NOISE POLICY. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 10PM MON-THU or 11PM FRI&SAT. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. We do have outdoor cameras monitoring activity. There are no cameras on any indoor spaces.
