The Depot, in Mercantile Manor, is the preeminent accommodation in the Fargo-Moorhead/Dilworth area! This beautiful and smartly accommodated condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony, a great view of the district, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is available at the rear of the building, for your ease. With plenty to do in The Rail District and the surrounding Fargo-Moorhead area, you’re sure to have an unforgettable time!

The Depot is a gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom condo, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and patio. Additionally, feel free to utilize the provided dog bowls for your furry friends!

Access to the unit is exclusively via stairs. On the day of your reservation, I will send you the codes for both the front door and your specific unit.

If you have any questions or needs during your stay, please feel free to message on the Airbnb app or webpage. We will reply as promptly as possible!
Welcome to our rental property! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly request that there is no smoking or vaping inside the house, or on the balcony. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the property.

In consideration of our neighbors, we kindly ask that you avoid creating excessive noise, playing loud music, or engaging in disruptive behavior. To respect the peace and quiet of the community, there is a quiet period from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

To maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests on the premises. Please notify us right away if you observe any damage or malfunction during your stay, so we can address and resolve the issue promptly by repairing or replacing the affected item.

Lastly, for security and management purposes, we request that no unregistered guests stay overnight. If you plan to have additional guests, please notify me in advance so we can update the rental agreement accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
