Beautiful room, gorgeous bathroom!
I had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock hotel! I wanted a staycation over a long holiday weekend. I attended the John Legend concert, had brunch in the morning at the diner, and spent most of the day at the pool. It was a wonderful visit, and I look forward to another stay in the future.

The view from the road across the street was amazing, the hot tub/sauna area was nice, clean and relaxing. The room was decent, outdated but alright. The bathroom shower curtain was very dirty and moldy. When brought to the attention of the front desk receptionist in a nice way for possible next guests she completely disregarded us and was just very rude in general. Recommend the views though for sure!

When I booked, I did not realize that there is no A/C. Even in the mountains in the fall, it gets warm. The hotel is older and the exterior warm. Even with a box fan running, the room was too warm. On a good note, the staff members were pleasant and accommodating, and the bed comfortable.

The gentleman that checked me in was awesome. I was tired from driving 15 hrs quick and easy check in. Great customer service. The breakfast was great as well. I will be coming back again and staying longer to explore the area more.
