House Rules:
- Maximum occupancy: 4 Adults + 2 Child
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12pm.
- No Parties/Gatherings
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No alterations/changes to furniture/fixtures
- Foreign Nationals must provide copies of their valid passports and visas prior to check-in
- Movement is restricted after 11 PM, except for medical emergencies or pre-notified flight departures.
- Unlawful Activities: The apartment is for residential purposes only. Any unlawful or unsocial activities, including carrying or using narcotics, alcohol, or weapons, are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction.

Maximum Guests:
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests for an overnight stay.
For events or parties, the maximum number of guests is 10 people, with an additional charge of $50.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Entering/Leaving Hours:
Guests are requested to avoid entering or leaving the apartment between 11 PM and 7 AM, unless it’s for an emergency or pre-notified purposes such as flights or events/parties.

Check-in: 2 PM
Check-out: 12 PM
Strict Prohibitions:
Unsocial or unlawful activities, carrying narcotics, weapons, or alcohol, causing a nuisance, loud noise, or damaging the property are strictly prohibited.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any intentional or accidental damage, such as drawing on walls, scratching furniture, or staining fabrics, is not allowed.
Children's Supervision:
Guests with children must supervise them at all times to ensure they do not engage in activities that could damage the property. Parents or guardians will be held responsible for any damage caused by children.
No Markers, Crayons, or Paint on Walls or Furniture:
Use of markers, crayons, paint, or any other art supplies is strictly prohibited on walls, furniture, or other surfaces. Please use paper or designated materials for creative activities.
Cleaning and Repairs:
If any damage occurs, guests are required to inform the host immediately. Costs for repairs or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the guest.
Prohibited Activities:
Activities such as roughhousing, throwing objects indoors, or using items not meant for their intended purpose (e.g., drawing on walls) are not allowed.
Encouraging Responsibility:
We encourage all guests, including children, to respect the space so it remains enjoyable for future visitors.

Other breaches of house rules may result in additional charges, depending on the nature of the violation.
Immediate Termination of Stay:
Serious violations, such as hosting unregistered guests, property damage, or disturbances to neighbors, may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
By booking this property, you agree to these rules. Violation of these rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the stay, and/or being reported for misconduct which could impact your ability to book future stays on the platform.
