This adorable 2BR 2BA cottage features ceramic tile floors, vaulted ceiling, charming back deck, outside shower and is close to everything you need at the beach or bay!
The large kitchen offers electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator and is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils. The kitchen opens to the main living room area for enjoyable gatherings. There's a table with 5 chairs. The main bedroom is 9.5ft x 10.5ft, hosts a queen sized bed and private bath with shower. The second bedroom is located in front of the house off of the living room, measures 11.5ft x 8ft and offers 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in living room. There's a hall bath with shower and full size front loading washer/dryer.
Parking for 2+ vehicles in front of the cottage. View of boat ramp to the bay, kayak rental nearby. 1.5 blocks / <5 minute walk to the ocean front. Walkable to Jimmy's Grill, Woody's, Starboard, Hammerheads and many more restaurants/shops!

Wonderful Beach Getaway!
We had a great time at this cozy beach cottage; it is located close to the bay and the ocean so you can enjoy both! The cottage was very clean with great amenities; the main living area is open and airy with just the right amount of beach decor. Kristie is a great host and I would recommend both her and her cottage for a Dewey Beach getaway.

Perfect beach cottage
My husband and I had a great weekend reconnecting with our adult kids and family pup! Cozy quarters but everything you need and super clean! Loved having bay access for paddle boarding and the pup, as well as beach access, all just steps away! Hope to visit again soon!

Great space, great location
This is a nice house right in the center of Dewey. Close walk to everything and it appears small on the outside but it never felt small or cramped for our group. The front porch and yard area is great to people watch everyone walking up and down Dagsworthy. The two bathrooms are great. I highly recommend.

Perfect beach cottage
Wonderful property just steps from the Bay and across the street from Dewey beach! This property was just a quick walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Just a 2 min drive to Rehoboth. My husband and I brought our teenaged son with us there was plenty of space for us. The property was well stocked with essentials, clean, and beautifully decorated. We plan to come back next summer

Great location and stay
House was in a great location, quick access to the beach and bay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was great to work with and at keeping in contact for any questions/comments I had. Would definitely rent this property again.
