I will never stay at a Woodbridge again. I had good experiences before at Woodbridge, but this was a serious disappointment. The room wasn’t ready when we checked in, so we sat in the lobby until 3:15. When we got to the room, even though it was “cleaned” was still very dirty (food in microwave, crumbs on floor, rice on the shelf, and toothpaste stains on bathroom faucet.)

When we checked in, the room was still being cleaned. We sat in the lobby until 3:15 waiting for the room to be ready. Once we got into The room, even though the cleaning team had been there to clean it, we found that it was still pretty dirty. The bathroom faucet still had toothpaste stains on it, the microwave still had food in it, there were still crumbs on the floor, and there was rice on the shelf. I think This is the first hotel room we have ever stayed in that didn’t have a hair dryer, or iron in the room. It’s a shame, as we had enjoyed our previous stay at the last Woodbridge location we stayed at. We are pretty disappointed.

The price is reasonable, parking is easy, free Wifi. The room feels humid but it could be just the weather. One of reviews online we read said possible bed bugs. We did not find any and the sheets and blankets are very clean.

We didnt like that they didnt have any soap or shampoo in the bathroom when we got there.We had to ask for it from the front desk. They also didnt have a hairdryer in the bathroom, had to ask for it from the front desk. The front desk clerk was very helpful. The bed is also very old & make’s a lot of noise.

Excellent clean hotel, safe place, parking is available, staff are polite and good, room has a kitchenette (large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove) and some utensils. The bad thing is that if you want to clean the room, you pay $25 (there is no regular or daily cleaning) and there is no discount for long stays. But everything is available. Go to the reception and ask for what you want before 5 pm.
