I stayed for a night after Expedia showed a hotel vacancy, but it is really an extended stay. The front desk is not usually open and the key kiosk doesn’t work. The manager was super nice and got us checked in after a 30 minute delay, so all was forgiven after initially being annoyed at not being able to check in after being on the road for 13 hours. Very good value compared to the surrounding options.

Avoid this miserable joke of an extended stay hote
Avoid this place unless you are a heavy sleeper and will bring your own pots and pans. This is the worst extended stay hotel I’ve ever seen. There’s a kitchenette, but nothing to cook with or eat with. No dishes, no utensils, no pots and pans, no dish towels. Not even a coffee pot. You get a pair of sad towels, two pillows, one bar of soap, and a sad little bottle of shampoo. That’s the extent of the amenities. And then there’s the noise. People staying here have no respect for anyone else. They come and go at all hours, let doors slam, talk incredibly loud, play music, and more. You will be woken up over and over and over throughout the night. And there’s no one on staff overnight, so the only way to deal with the noise is to call the cops. I wish I was kidding, but the women at check out told us we should have called the cops if we wanted our neighbors to quiet down at 3 a.m. It was a miserable experience and not worth the money I saved.

No employee on site to handle after hours issues. From time of check in until checkout, our TV did not work. We called for help and were told someone would come at 8am to fix tv issue. 8am came and went, nobody showed up. Call numerous times and still nobody came. I had to find the guy in the hallway myself. Ended up getting fixed 10 min before we checked out! Unacceptable! Why would I pay for a hotel that had no TV? Most horrible stay I have ever had in a hotel. No pillows. Sounded like horses running above us at 7am. Very disappointing stay!

Clean Hotel
We stayed at this hotel because we are heading to the Lions game. The front staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The sheets were not very comfortable they smell like bleach and very stiff.
