The front desk clerk was very friendly. The bartender staff at the bar was great. All provided good customer service. But the rooms need a LOT of upgrading. I was disappointed with the shampoo. Lack of room amenities. The shampoo came in a little plastic packet very difficult to open. No conditioner. No lotion. Bathroom very small. Rooms are small too.
