Great new hotel. Great room design with kitchenette, full frig. Bright public areas. Hockey camp there our 3 days, annoying running til midnight in the hall - the only negative. Good breakfast.

The first night there was a large group of kids down the hall yelling, slamming doors, riding luggage carts, bouncing balls, playing with hockey sticks from 10:30 - 12:00pm. I reported the incidents through the website at about 11:30pm and then to the front desk at 12:00pm when they told me they sent security to intervene. Meanwhile, all of the parents are in the lobby hanging out drinking. In the morning I was told by another guest the noise was even worse the night before. And in the morning the kids are in the lobby with their hockey sticks running around down there during the day. And again at 10:45pm there are kids banging on the doors and running up and down the hallways. This went off and on until 1:30am. And again while all the parents are in the lobby drinking and watching TV while their kids are running up and down the halls at night. It’s a shame since the hotel itself and the staff were so nice.

There were multiple people at the front desk and 4 of 5 were GREAT! They were courteous, helpful and I was pleasantly surprised. There was one gentleman who was standoffish and a little rude when we asked for additional pillows and hand soap. Luckily the other 4 were so friendly, they made up for the one bad seed. He's the reason for the 4 star.

I like the property amenities although there were some missed cleanliness spots in the kitchen. The room was not cleaned daily by the housekeeping daily as well. I traveled alone so there was not much to clean but would have liked the bed made and clean towels. I like the breakfast option as well as the outdoor lounge. Good experience over all
