I came to this place, four months ago. This time was better. Cleaner pool, heater worked better. Had a problem with the ice buckets, but other than that I think it was a nice stay. Thank the staff for me.

The hotel was nice enough. I greatly appreciated the staff. They were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room could have been cleaned better and the walls were paper thin.

The room was fine and the staff was helpful WHILE WE WERE THERE. We ordered an Amazon package and notified the staff that we were expecting it. We asked about it on the morning that we were checking out and the front desk never even bothered to check, only to find out later ADTER WE HAD CHECKED OUT that the package was there all along. And after you check out, they don’t care about you or your concerns. I left a message for Moe, the manager who has yet to call me back and the front desk is unconcerned. We go to Detroit annually to teach medicine but we won’t be staying ant Springhill Suites again. Customer service post stay is just as important as when we’re there.
