everything was excellent from the rooms the rate the staff, didn’t have breakfast there but everything else was excellent. You have various restaurants and a Mall along Grand River where the hotel is, Yes i stay here again and recommend this place. Mighty dancing to that.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived at 5:30 pm to check in… there was no one at the desk… another family was there ahead of me and said they were there several minutes already…waited a bit longer the other groups tries calling hotel and I wandered back into open offices to find some contractors working on phones who had no idea how to find staff. No luck on phone call so I left for dinner and checked in a couple hours later… disappointing service for arrival

Room was clean. The shower had three dispensers: two were for shower gel-both were empty- and the third has hair conditioner, no shampoo. Also, there was no bar soap for hand washing only a small bottle of shower gel by the sink.

Was a decent place but, we took our daughter so, she could swim and the pool area and water were super cold. TV in room was small and only got like 10 channels. The containers in the shower which were ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) empty… except the conditioner. Probably wouldn’t stay at that location again.
