In need of a deep clean and a maintenance review
The place is unkempt and in need of repair. We had a broken door in our unit that we immediately flagged to maintenance, but it was evident that it had been broken for quite some time and guests had continued to try to use it. The tile floors in our room's bathrooms did not feel clean; they were slippery but not in a "recently cleaned" way. More in a "these have years of grime on them" way. The bathroom off the lobby had feces on the seat. The luggage cart had four flat tires. The breakfast was fine, but the staff was not friendly if we asked for something (e.g., more half and half at the coffee bar).

Holy crap what a room! Full bath, comfy bed, small couch, table and chairs & a kitchen! If we were heading this way for a few days with family, you could buy your groceries and save big money eating in the room. The breakfast was great and pancakes were perfect. Pool area looked very nice although we didn’t have time to use it. It was very quiet, safe and clean. We will stay here again the next time we go to this area.

We had a great experience staying in a 2 bedroom suite. It had a king bed in one room, 2 double beds in another bedroom, plus a large sofa bed, desk, chair, and a nice kitchen with a bar and 4 stools. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked with dishes, glasses, etc… and even had a dishwasher. They provided the dish soaps, detergents, shampoo, conditioner. We were very comfortable and my two youngest kids said even the sofa bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good and included eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, muffins, bagels, dry cereal, yogurt. We liked their coffee too. We would stay here again.

The desk staff was great. Breakfast should be longer. Hallways smelled like weed despite being non smoking. Room set up nice, need updates, many things broken…dishwasher, television, toilets had issues. They did fix dishwasher for us.The beds were very comfortable!!! The room was not vacuumed well when we arrived and no one ever cleaned on our 6 night stay.

I asked and paid for everything prior because a card was not provided at the time they refused to let them stay. No refunds customer service was very rude from the moment of walking in the door. If that dislike there job so much they should find a new one
