The room was dated and old. Paint chipping everywhere. Visible dirt. Food smeared on the walls. Went for breakfast at 640, opened at 630. There was no one there eating but very little food. No drinks.

I almost turned around when i got out of the car as i should have.People in front of the door smoking marijuana a group of young adults sitting in the lobby having A loud discussion and I had to wait for someone to come check me in. The carpet smell dirty, and the place looked outdated But I was outdone when I laid down and started getting bit multiple times by what I’m assuming or bedbugs I checked in around midnight and was out of there by 4 AM never again

Wow - where do I begin. Stay started with need for additional towels. We had three guests and two towels. Called desk and told no extra towels. Sat on beds and realized we had just sheets and a thin bed cover - no blankets! Woke up at 2 am with yelling and cussing in courtyard right below our room. Called desk with no answer then walked to desk only to find clerk arguing with guest over a missing shower curtain. Clerk told is to call police. We waited from 2:30 to 4:30 for police. They escorted the person off premises. Went back to bed with a blanket I pulled from my vehicle at 5:00. Wend down for breakfast at 8:30 only to hear another guest arguing with clerk over taking food back to her room. Please please PLEASE AVOiD this mess of a hotel. Terrible start to our summer vacation!!!

Would not recommend
Staff was very rude and had a hard time communicating. We checked in and there were working girls getting rooms. It took so long one of the girls was finished with 2 men before we got our room. Then they gave me the wrong room and argued that i was wrong. We finally got the right room and it smelled like cigarettes and the air barely worked. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Amenities for breakfast was subpar ad was option for housekeeping. Had to go to front desk to acquire towels during 7 day stay. Hotels leave a lot to be desired these days. Will consder Airbnb next time

Quality Inns are usually a little better.
The bed/mattress was great. We slept like babies. It was not lumpy or over used. The shower was not so great. In between the tiles was mold/rust. Not a nice place to shower. The sink was EXTREMELY SLOW to drain. NOTE: I CAN'T GET MY PICS TO LOAD.Perhaps in response to an email? In the room there had been no vacuuming around the base of the bed. Even fingernails were there with the dust and dirt. The furniture had drip stains that should have been cleaned. The in-room coffee maker did not work, nor did the iron. We called about the iron and it was replaced after quite a wait. The breakfast area was not kept stocked. I went there around 8:00. Also, I overlooked the bathroom sign stating that hospitality would not come unless informed early. We were leaving around 1pm and informed the crew which was next door. They referred us to the front desk which said they would not do the cleanup. Very disappointing. They referred us to the front desk
