Hotel is huge and in perfect proximity to take in a Red Wings game. Unfortunately the white bed had a large yellow stain on the cover, as if it hadn’t been changed or cleaned and something in the ventilation system made a very large, jarring noise about once an hour all through the night. No one was able to sleep well. Beds seemed comfy enough though. I just expected a bit more for the price we paid

No phone in room, I had to complain and wait 2 days to get phone just to find out that they don't take requests for towels over the phone you have to walk down to the front desk to ask for towels. There was no refrigerator in our executive corner suite we were told we had to purchase a fridge, because we had so many issues they compt us a refrigerator, the refrigerator was old and busted.

This property is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The fitness and pool area are very nice. I will stay at this property again. I love that they text me when my room was ready. I was able to make my own keys.

Our room was not properly cleaned. There was still hair and debris all of the floor of our room and bathroom. The cleaning staff did not vacuum our floors prior to our stay. We had to request for new clean linens. The overall room was literally falling apart with wallpaper hanging off the wall. For this price point, I would never stay there again or recommend anyone else to visit.

MGM Grand Detroit hotel
The staff at the desk were so friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was amazing. We were just staying for 1 night and were offered a complimentary room upgrade (first time ever), the corner suite was huge. It had 1.5 baths, 2 tvs, king size bed, livingroom area and so much more. The view was lovely from the wrap around windows and I'm sad we were only there overnight. The bed was so comfy I did not toss and turn one bit. Everything was clean 10/10.
