Good location downtown
Great location and great cost. The only thing I disliked is design related. Not a fan of sliding barn doors for bathrooms because they provide less privacy. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the on-site restaurant was nice and had good hours, and the bedding/linens were clean and comfortable.

Found multiple stink bugs in our bed. No cable. Breakfast buffet was expensive ($25) with very basic offerings. Parking was also $60 for Sat afternoon-Sun morning. Staff was super nice. Aside from that the only reason I booked this was to be close to Ford Field but will likely choose another location next time as this just didn't seem like it was worth the $250 per night.

Nice location. Nice concept. Nicely refurbished industrial Detroit building. Sadly - the room had poor plumbing as the sink had a compromised water flow and broken valve device. And in very typical front desk “I only work here” fashion I got lip service apology without offering any discounts or credits for the major inconvenience.
