Not a nice stay here!!
I have generally happy with my stays here. My husband and I stay here quite often because we live in Northern Michigan and come down for Dr visits and I also come back to spend time with my kids. This bathroom door needs to be repaired. It won't stay open by itself and the hair conditioner dispenser in the shower wouldn't work. The thing that really upset me is 3 people knocked on my door virtually accusing me of staying in the hotel and not paying for today. Yesterday a.m. I spoke to the front desk person whose name was Amanda she took my card and told me it was all taken care of and that today was paid for. The woman honestly didn't do what she said she would do and that is staying today was paid for. May I add, she was borderline rude anytime I spoke with her. I felt they treated me like a crook who was trying to stay an extra day without paying.it took the manager to straighten this whole mess out! My next visit I am not sure if I will be staying here or another hotel chain. I was very INSULTED by the way I was treated! This is no way to treat people!!!

Disappointing experience
Stayed here for a night and left feeling underwhelmed. The bathroom and beds were adequate, but that's where the positives end. A broken light bulb in the lamp, grimy and loose door latch, broken desk chair, and slow-draining sink gave the room a run-down feel. The walls were dirty, and the artwork was missing, making the place look bare. The pool was so murky we couldn’t see the bottom, and breakfast was just okay. Paid $150 a night, but it felt more like an $89 experience. Every Airbnb we’ve stayed in has been better.

Yikes… I generally stay at Holiday Inn Express , but you’ll want to stay at another location and skip this dump… dirty as heck, low water pressure, really slow draining tub, no room service - although we were told we’d have room service and they didn’t even empty trash and bring towels… Forget about calling the front desk - as we called three times for an issue and they said they’d send someone up - but they never did. The sirens outside at night were nice (sarcastic)… You get the picture - this place was “booking dot ugh” would have gone elsewhere, but we paid in advance. Do yourself a favor and skip this dump…
