If you’re hoping for a restful night, this is not the place. The hotel beds are incredibly uncomfortable, with springs digging into your back. The bathrooms were filthy – the toilet was dirty, the seat stained, the towel rod broken, and the tub covered in brown stains. Even the towels were stained, which was quite unpleasant.
The hallways are dimly lit and reek of stale cigarette smoke. The rooms desperately need a fresh coat of paint, and the curtains smell of old cigarettes and mildew. When the AC was on, it only amplified the odor.
On the bright side, we didn’t encounter any bugs—thankfully!
Breakfast was provided, but if pre-packaged instant oatmeal, hot water, and mini muffins are your idea of a meal, you might be satisfied.
The only redeeming aspects were the friendly front desk lady who greeted us with a smile and the decent cup of coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, that won’t be enough to bring us back.
