We spent almost 400$ on the room and we had no cable channels. The internet was horrible! It was my Fiancé 38th birthday and I was so embarrassed! I think we should be reimbursed for at least 1 night. Also the toilet overflowing. I definitely didn’t enjoy my stay!!

Overall, I did enjoy my stay, however, towards the end of my trip, my girlfriend became sick with food poisoning, and I let the front desk know we will be checking out a little late due to that and they were very unsympathetic and rude.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, I had to get another room. The room I originally had didn't have a remote to the TV and, the curtains were stained real bad. Once I switched rooms, It had a remote, it was cleaned throughout and, I was able to enjoy the amenities. I would say, make sure everything is to your liking before you completely settle into your room. The staff was helpful in getting me another room.

Every new towel had hair from a previous guest. Mold in showers. Christmas Eve I needed my room key reset and no one was at the desk. A guest who was waiting to check in stated he was there for 3 hours waiting. A sign was on the desk and said, we will be right back. Apparently one of the workers left before waiting for someone to cover their shift. They had to call someone else in who did apologize. Room smelled like smoke although no smoking signs were visible. Spell check your signs....the word available is spelled wrong on several signs. Parking was plentiful
