The staff was very nice, the room was dirty, the sofa-bed was like a crib mattress and no one could use it. I had to get another room because the sofa bed was so bad and that room was just as bad. Very outdated and just not comfortable at all. Very upset they charged me full price for another room, will not stay here again.

Your housekeeper Kim was the most accommodating and friendly person I have ever met at a hotel. It was my daughter's 5th birthday and she brought her balloons and it was the sweetest thing it just made my daughter's day. You should definitely definitely give her a raise or something she definitely deserves one. And the manager that was working the front desk was such a sweetheart and she commented with me with everything I needed and help me out with some problems I had with doordash also. She's also amazing you have a great staff and the rooms were impeccable I had a great time and I will be back

Room was super clean but the only complaint we had was the hot water for shower was capped out at warm tempurature. It wouldnt get any hotter so don't look forward to a "hot" shower.

Staff was courteous, room was clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable. The pool was kind of small and had too much chlorine to the point that we were coughing a lot but it was a good stay. The breakfast was fine.

Breakfast was great!! Variety was very good. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and close. Rooms were clean, towels well stocked. The only problem was with the weather, the satellite was down so we had no tv for our stay. Otherwise I would highly recommend Comfort Suites
