The hotel somehow overbooked rooms. Our two queens turned into a king and a pull out couch. The room didn’t have any extra sheets for the couch though. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. There was garbage all over the back steps. The room only had 2 towels and when we asked for more, they didn’t have any. The pool was brutal, it was a cool 72 degrees and there was no towels, even though the front desk said there would be some. The reviews you read are clearly not written by people who stay here. They are very misleading and don’t actually represent the quality of this hotel. I would not recommend staying here with kids or longer than 1 night. We were offered zero incentives for any of the issues that we experienced and it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff when we asked for anything.

We stayed four nights and our room was serviced only one time - when I went to the front desk to have it serviced There were no bath towels when we arrived in our room. The pool and "work out room" are an absolute joke. The "breakfast" is never replenished quickly enough. STAY AWAY from this place!!!!

This is an alright hotel if you just need a quick place to rest and breakfast isn't a high priority. The hotel appeared to have been repainted not that long ago. The quality of the paint job was lacking and took away from the hotel. For example the lower half of one of our bathroom walls was missed.

Kids running up and down the halls screaming and banging on doors until 1am, hotel staff did come up and try and resolve the situation but there were lots of people being loud and hanging out in the hallways. Pool was full of kids unattended with no parents, puke on the side of the pool left uncleaned. Lobby smelled like wet dog, breakfast was mediocre. Staff was great!

No complaints! Only small issue we had, was our tv in the room wouldn't work. The kind gentleman at the desk offered to let us switch rooms where the tv did work. It was great, the room was an upgrade, with a balcony overlooking the lake. We were impressed! Also told us where to go eat locally. Was a great stay 😊

Stayed with my family of three. Everything was great! I would stay again. There was loud noises coming from the hallway but it was a weekend so the hotel was busy. Other than that staff was great. Housekeeping came by after the first day which was great as well.

Overall, the property is pretty clean. However, our room had a cabinet (the mini fridge was in it) that looked like it had been wet and wouldn't shut. The toliet wouldn't flush correctly. There was a shelf with holes in it, etc. It just felt like they have had issues with past guests (and probably charged those guests for the damages), but never fixed anything that has happend to the rooms. It needs some tender loving care to fix the little things. The pool was also cloudy for our entire stay. Overall, I'd stay again for the price, but definitely around a three star hotel, not higher.
