For a visit to Mayo Clinic, Florida this is the perfect place to stay. Accommodations are great but the most important value is to be within walking distance of Publix, Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday, fast foods, pizza, etc. Best of all, about 5 minutes from Mayo! My second visit there and I am so pleased to have discovered this hotel!

Honestly, very disappointing for a Comfort Inn! The lobby was okay, but the hallways were dark and dreary. The rooms were worse — very outdated and grungy, with stains on the carpet and walls. One reeked of cigarette smoke, and none smelled fresh or pleasant. The mini fridge did not work at all in one room, and the toilet spilled water in another. Breakfast was a bit subpar compared to other Comfort Inns, with no fruit options and soggy sausage. A lot of items, like the microwaved eggs, were not refilled even an hour before breakfast ended. The parking lot did not get salted on a few icy days. The person who checked us in was not especially friendly, but the checkout person was pleasant. Cleaning staff were likely doing their best. We let friends and families know this is a hotel to avoid.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with our last minute, after hour check in! The bathroom was a bit run down but clean & fortunately the potty didn’t break even though it was ready to!! Bedding was fresh & clean & comfy!!

The property itself is kinda old but they're taking good care of it. Everything was clean and working perfectly, if a little worn. By far the most comfortable bedding of any hotel I've stayed at in the last 20 years.

I arrived after 9P. Was given a key to a first floor room. I opened the room door to find it was occupied(no one there). The front desk apologized and issued an upgrade to a king suite. This room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and there were plenty of soft towels. The offered breakfast was less than desirable(a preformed egg and bagels. The coffee was dispensed from a machine(zero flavor).

We upgraded to a balcony. Out on the balcony was a water cup for cigarettes that was never removed from the last customer. My son thought it was disgusting. I checked the bed for bugs. Thankfully no bugs. Just an older not updated room. Tv worked fine. Coffee worked fine. Breakfast was good. Might check out somewhere else to stay next time. Your front desk staff was nice at late afternoon check in. Morning person didnt seem to really care.

We needed a place to stay for a work week ant the Comfort Inns are always clean and comfortable. That is what we experienced. We would stay again if there was a need.
