Staff we're frindly, hotel is dated and could use a makeover. Nice pool, sauna (didn’t use) but looked nice. Room was clean, bed about what would be expected, but the carpet needs replacing or at the least, a really good cleaning. Never felt unsafe, and to me that is important.

Good place to stay on a budget
We appreciated that the front desk attendant allowed us to change rooms. This was due to the room smelling like weed. The room we were reassigned to was 10x better. The hotel is very close to dining options and the freeway. First time staying at a Best Western. Budget friendly.

It serves its purposes but overpriced for the condition. The shower head in our room was broken, the room was visibly not cleaned well, a lot was outdated including the shower, mattresses, and fridge.

I was very put off when checking in. The woman, Maureen, who checked us in started to make an issue out of my first name being somewhat different on my driver's license versus my credit card. THIS HAS NEVER, EVER BEEN AN ISSUE ANYWHERE ELSE I HAVE EVER GONE. Unfortunately, this set a negative tone for our stay in this run-down, badly run property. It's obviously catering far more to long-haul truckers not average tourists.
