Was unaware of needing a cash security deposit even though the room was fully paid for upon arrival for check in. And the evening manager was rather rude and would not let my son and I use the pool until ten ( because my son is a teenager) even though the check in manager said it was fine as long as my son was with me.

Worse night ever
Bed Bugs were in there ! I myself got bitten 5 times to a point it woke me up out of my sleep have video footage and pictures. Hotel staff waited 5 hours to do something about it . Called to get a refund through the 3rd party hotel never answered for them . I sent my documents to the 3rd party and that was how I was able to get a refund . HIGHLY WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

When I first got there, I pulled the covers back to check the bed and there was hair in the bed under the covers with the check the bathroom there was here on the toilet. The carpet alongside the wall was coming up. Went down to front desk to ask for another room the guy came and told me that they were booked up and that he’s doing me a favor by changing my room because they’re corporately owned and corporate would charge me which I know is a lie. He informed me that I wasn’t allowed to touch anything in this other room so I just looked around without touching anything cool and fine see no hair see nothing go take a shower come back and lay down. I’m laying in the bed and what do I see a bedbug. Called down to the front desk the guy cam up to see it and change my room

Racism as it fullest , came in late Monday and Sam the front desk person would not check my in even if I provided me with ID and matching credit card .. even for the name change on the reservations from who I booked it from and hey still wouldn’t check me in , he said my name wasn’t on reservation, it was my nick name but my last name was matching on both ID and credit card.. later i came to find out they can change the name on the reservations with the proper identification..if it was another person of a different color wouldn’t be a problem .. it’s 2024 racism still exist .. if it’s allowed for one race shouldn’t be different for other ..
