"All the staff are amazing especially in the bar area , so friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. It’s a shame the restaurant upstairs was not open in the evenings."

"After realising that you don't board the ship from the ramp at the back but from around the side we were made to feel both welcomed and special with a glass of bubbly even before check in which was seamless The only cautionary note i would give is that bathroom privacy is somewhat diminished as there is no door and the shower cubicle can be viewed by inadvertently opening the wardrobe door (Unusual to say the least )and the toilet is only partioned off by another glass door Umm !! otherwise staff and service are excellent with those nice caring touches that the best hotels do effortlessly"
