I was surprised when we got there. This place had good ratings. I appreciate that it is pet friendly and didn’t have carpet in the room. But the floor was dirty, like it was mopped with dirty water or not at all. Many were there to escape hurricane Milton, I don’t think they were prepared for the breakfast crowd. Coffee went fast and with only one pot, we were waiting for it to brew. Food ran out quickly. The doors don’t seal so you could hear when everyone was walking by. At least you couldn’t hear noise from the next room.

My wife and I stayed here for three days to just visit some family. We did not have any issues. We brought are cat. Stayed in 201. Clean room. Pool looked clean as well but did not get in. Plenty of restaurants across the street. Served its purpose.

I was clean, comfortable, and near everything. It is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. The only negative is there isn't public beach access nearby.

The floors were nasty. The breakfast consisted of biscuits, gravy, sausage and you could make waffles. The lights were motion activated and kept coming on during the night, waking us up. I would not recommend this hotel.
