Unit 1036 has a large living room with both a breakfast nook and large dining room set. Unit has a closed kitchen with tile through out with off white walls. It also large wrap around windows with a nice view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. Unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated to match the furntiture and kitchen asthetic.The living room has two new leather sofa and chair by. The couches are not sleeper sofas but they are comfortable enough to invite a single sleeper.

There is a kingbed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience located in the guest bathroom closet. Unit 1036 also offers an extended living room without a balcony. This way you can still enjoy the outside weather when necessary! Finally, the unit inlcudes 4 smart TV's.

We loved the beautiful condo. It was very roomy for a family of 7. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Two bedrooms had beach view. The owner was extremely nice and very quick to answer messages.

Perfect Beach Condo
This condo was amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed, even an ice maker! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. You can see a lot of thought and effort went into making this property fit for vacationers. The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store and Target. The beach was phenomenal! We only used the pool one day and it was too windy to use the tennis and pickleball courts but the gym and sauna were nice amenities. I would recommend this property!

We were surprised to see all the construction work going on when we pulled in the property. The property we stayed at had just a little window in the kitchen that opened to be able to get fresh air in, but we should of checked that out better. When we tried to use the beach chairs and umbrella as stated was available to us, we were told we didnt have access to that. We did contact landlord and he cleared it up but we missed the nice day at that time. Overall nice property and landlord apologized for any inconvenience we experienced.

This property was as advertised. They were upfront about the construction going on, but where we stayed in Tower 1, the construction did not affect us. We loved that the beach was so close!! We also took advantage of the heated pool with our grand baby. It was nice that there were restrooms at the pool. The tennis and pickle ball courts were nice. My daughter and husband played pickle ball and utilized the workout gym. BUT…the amenity I enjoyed the most was the beach service of two chairs and an umbrella each day!! LOVED this, and it was SO appreciated.

Warm Weather Escape
My family went to Florida to escape the colder weather in Canada. My two adult children worked full time from the condo while we there. We still had time for early morning walks along the beach that were absolutely gorgeous and we used the pool, sauna and gym. (We were disappointed that the sauna was not open at night because it was still quite chilly getting out of the heated pool). We also would have liked wifi in the gym. However, the condo looked just like the pictures and was very spacious. There was even a surprise view of the ocean from two of the bedroom windows.

Steps to the ocean!
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Partial beach view from 2 bedrooms and a super short walk to the beach. Free beach service was great to have. It was newly updated so the pictures did not do it justice. The kitchen has a separate ice maker which was amazing to have. Definitely renting this unit again!

Great place!
This is a great place to stay, but there are somethings that would have been great to know before hand. One would be the beach rules. You cannot put up your own umbrella when the rentals are out, so we basically brought our umbrella for no reason. We were not allowed to hang out beach towels on the balcony. That is a rule. That would have been nice to know before hand because we had no place to hang them to dry. If we knew that ahead of time, we could have brought towel hanging racks, or maybe the condo could have provided the towel racks for our beach towels since we could not use the balconies. Also, we stayed in unit 1036. We had no idea what floor on the elevator. No one informed us at check in. We had to guess and went to 8 different floors before we found out room. The condo was listed as a private pool. But it wasn’t. You shared the pool with two other towers and the pool was at least 2 football fields away from us, so we had a very far walk. When the pool was listed as a private pool, we assumed private, meaning our own. The pool probably needs to be listed as a community pool that is shared with a total of three towers and the enormous walking distance to the pool. Other than those issues, the condo itself was beautiful. It was clean and anytime we reached out for anything, we got a response right away. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The property was in a great location. Just down the street from grocery stores, restaurants, and other local amenities. There was plenty of room for our family-5 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 baby. But, when we arrived at the property, we found that there was construction going on. It made it a little difficult to get around the property. The outside of the condo was blocked off and you had to weave in and out of the construction site to get to the parking lot and beach. The floor of the condo was very dirty when we arrived. We could not go barefoot! The toilet was broken and leaked all over the bathroom floor. After speaking to the condo manager, he sent the cleaning crew to mop the floors again and to fix the leak. It was a bit inconvenient for us, because we had to wait for them to arrive. The condo didn't have a broom or mop for us to use or I would have cleaned the floors myself. Overall, the condo was roomy and worked for our family. I would not go back until the construction is over. Please supply a broom, mop, and vacuum for the renters to clean up.

Shoreline Towers - Top Floor Condo
Overall, it was a great week with the beach just steps from the elevator. The beach service was a bonus! The condo itself was clean, large and spacey, which, was very appreciative when the kids needed a break from each other! Be prepared though for wifi that was hit and miss, a combined washer/dryer subpar unit that was ineffective and insuffefficient for a beach vacation with family and laundry machines outside of the unit (advertised by condo association to be on each floor) that are not operable until 3 floors below. Enjoy the beach and soak up the sun!

Construction was a huge distraction and problem navigating property. While the property has been updated, the electric covers on wall are falling off making it extremely dangerous for infants. For the price can’t beat being so close to the beach but otherwise not having a balcony and view was probably a deal breaker from returning.
