Sandpiper Cove on Canal FULLY RENOVATED Unit 3207 2 BR/2 BA

Enjoy "The Beach Life," Unit 3207, in the centrally located community of Sandpiper Cove in Destin FL. Tastefully decorated with a more modern style but still beach-y flair, almost everything has been replaced in 2021. Our goal is to provide our guests a more contemporary vacation home in a warm and friendly community.

We fell in love with Sandpiper Cove because it feels more like a community than a beach rental property. You enter our second story unit from the outside, no waiting for elevators or being in close quarters with other guests. Easy access to our Gated Private 1,100 beachfront. Rates INCLUDE FREE seasonal Beach Service (Mar1 thru Oct 31) which includes 2 chairs and one umbrella. For an extra fee, you can rent kayaks, SUPS, & boogie boards. Our Beach Pavilion has clean Rest Rooms, cold showers and an excellent(cash only) Rick's Sandtrap Cafe. Our condo is on the canal and boat slips are offered for additional fee.

The resort includes a 9 hole par 3 golf course; 5 swimming pools–2 heated; 3 hot tubs; 6 tennis courts; and Louisianna Lagniappe, our on-site Fine Dining Restaurant which overlooks Destin Harbor, with beautiful views and awesome sunsets. It is rated #4 of 158 Restaurants in Destin.

Our unit includes all standard kitchen amenities, plus plenty of trash bags, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, so you are not stocking up on household staples while on vacation.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated community and is located near many excellent restaurants, shopping malls, water and amusement parks, and the Destin Harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet-ski rentals, dolphin and sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, as well as many other family activities. Target and a grocery store are a quick 5 minute drive, even in the heaviest traffic. Walk to restaurants or take the water taxi for $5 per person from the marina to avoid HWY 98 traffic while dining at one of the many amazing restaurants in Destin.

Condo was awesome!!

Everyone was so nice when we arrived at the property. The host made funding the unit and accessing it a breeze!! We enjoyed our stay and the condo was extremely clean, well decorated and beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including spices! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful comfy property with great amenities!

Loved our stay here in Destin. The unit is incredibly clean and comfy and decorated beautifully. Loved all the charging devices in the rooms. Beds and linens were super soft and cozy. Really like that the beach is so close, walking distance. We also found that we could get chairs and an umbrella down at the beach by just providing our condo number and name. Sweet!!!! The beach has beautiful white sands, clear water and it was so much fun jumping the waves. It was a nice romantic get away for us.

Awesome location and owner was fantastic!

We would highly recommend this property for a family stay! The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions before our stay and offering tips. The condo is newly renovated and very up to date. One of the best parts - the household essentials were already stocked up for us (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc) 10/10 would recommend this listing!

This property was exceptional. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable. Our host Lisa was quick with responding to our texts. The area was great for beach, shopping, dining out, but always loved getting back to relax in the beautiful place. Last thing we did was feed the ducks in the canal as we said goodbye to Sandpiper Cove and Florida. We Loved our stay. Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic!

This is a fantastic place to stay for a vacation getaway. Not only is it a great location but the decor is beautiful and it is very well appointed. I like to cook and I was pleased with how well the kitchen was equipped and the fact that it was stocked with a lot of things that you sometimes forget to bring or buy when you go out of town. Lisa is wonderful and responsive to emails etc. I have been staying at Sandpiper Cove for many years and this is definitely the nicest unit I have been in there. We will be back!

Perfect for a getaway!

First, Lisa was absolutely fabulous with communicating with us. She was extremely accommodating and answered questions in a timely manner. Second, the condo was gorgeous! It was so cute, had a Beachy feel to it, and the location was perfect. It was about a six minute walk to a private beach and chairs and umbrella were included in our stay. Perfect for a couples getaway, friends vacation, or family vacation! The condo was very clean and had a few extra things stocked in it that we were very appreciative of. The balcony was very relaxing overlooking the inlet as well.

One comment: the housekeeper arrived 9:30 at the property this was a little bit uncomfortable to me because she didn’t any tolerance margen to leaving. After 10:00 AM.

Cozy, Comfortable and Well-maintained

Hi, I just wanna say this house was not like other vacation homes, Mrs Lisa really takes pride in making sure her guest are comfortable and at ease while on vacation. What I loved about unit 3207 is it actually felt like home very nice, well maintained, and cozy. The host responded very promptly with any questions regarding your reservations/stay. Also, the unit comes standard equipped with kitchen amenities such as dish soap, trash bags, coffee, and more. You really did not have to bring anything. Sandpiper is a great community as it gated and guard 24/7 by security, loved that it's near many restaurants, the beach and attractions. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again.

OMG this unit was FABULOUS!! We were all pleased with the accommodations we felt like we were home.

Absolutely wonderful!! You didn’t need to bring anything. The owner went out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The unit looked exactly like the pics. Only thing we would change is the early checkout. But we understand. The next time we will be staying longer !! Thanks again LISA 🤗🤗

Best condo at sandpiper

I’ve stayed in several units at sandpiper and this has been the nicest unit I’ve been in. On top of modern decor and new appliances, many amenities were provided that typically aren’t (beach toys/towels/chairs, soap, lotion. trash bags, paper towels, etc. Our stay at 3207 was a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful vacation

Very clean. Easy process. Beach across street. Near all attractions. Everything was exactly as picture. Great atmosphere for a family vacation. We all had a wonderful time and was not ready to leave. Will definitely be going again.

This property was completely refurbished and furnished with everything we needed not to say it was tastefully decorated. Everything was provided from kitchen appliances, cookware, and dishes as well as condiments and supplies for making meals. Would highly recommend.
