Great staff, clean, spacious rooms. The indoor and large pool and hot tub were very nice and we had them to ourselves on a Sunday evening, lol. The breakfast was good also, good selection.

We enjoyed staying here for 1 night to go to Adventure land. Checking in was good with a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was great with selections of a couple cooked foods and dry cereals, bread, bagel, muffins & fruit. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to check out the pool area, but it looked decent with also a working hot tub. Perkins restaurant is conveniently right next door too. We would consider staying here again if in West Des Moines.

This is an older building that has been renovated inside. Typical Springhill suites but just an older facility.

Family weekend was excellent
My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed for 2 nights. We appreciated the extra space on the sofa and two TVs in the room. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear any neighbors. Pool and hot tub area was a little messy but we swam at the end of the night so maybe earlier in the day would have been better - plenty of pool towels left though. Breakfast was average, a decent selection of hot and cold foods and different options each morning. Check in and out process was smooth. Front desk was very nice and attentive and gave us a few bottles of water when the dispenser in the lobby was empty. Great location, we would stay here again!

My stay at Springhill Suites in West Des Moines was great. I was greeted by a pleasant young lady upon check in. The lobby smelled fantastic. That evening a young man hooked me up with a razor and shave cream since I somehow forgot mine. My room was super clean and the bed super comfy. Breakfast was good. I was thankful for the 12 o'clock check-out, since I was in town for a late night concert. If I am ever back around, I will be sure to stay there again. Although I didn't get a chance to utilize the pool and hot tub, I did check it out, it was very nice and the area was clean. Wish I would have had time for a swim and a soak.
