Nice Place To Stay
Everything went fine. I did not find the bed comfortable, but my wife and family said they had no issues. I felt like the bed was hard. The breakfast was fine, typical of a free continental breakfast, nothing super special. They did offer the ability to make regular sized Belgian waffles and small ones as well as pancakes so having those options were nice. The hotel overall was clean and the staff we encountered were friendly.

Great deal for the money
While visiting in the Ankeny Iowa area we were looking for a quiet hotel to stay for the evening and had read that this place would be perfect and we could not agree more. The very solid construction of the building even though it is close to the interstate was extremely helpful. The breakfast selection was extraordinary for this type of hotel and we were very pleased with it as well

Our first room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Staff was friendly and this was fixed. We were immediately moved to a different room. The side by the interstate is noisy, so something to be mindful of. The pool area was nice. It appears to have been cleaned up/updated with fresh tile and paint somewhat recently. There were a lot of options available for breakfast. That being said, they could maybe scale back on choices a d focus more on higher quality products. My standards aren't super high for continental breakfast, but the egg "patties" were chewy and my husband said he couldn't eat the sausage.

Over night for sports
Check in was smooth and easy. Front desk people were very nice. Hallways smelled like cleaner which isn’t a bad thing. Everything was clean and maintained very well. Beds were nice and soft. Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. Only negative was the hot tub was barely warm. We asked about turning it up and got a round about long answer of no. If we are ever back in the area for a sports tournament we will definitely stay here again!!

I usually stay at a competitor hotel but was pleasantly surprised by my 2 night stay at Sleep Inn, The facility is clean, well-staffed and very quiet. The hotel was full during my stay but very quiet. My bed was comfortable but I will bring my own pillow next time-I did not find the square pillows comfortable. Easy access, close to shopping, dining and safe area. I will stay here again!

This hotel is modern and clean. The pool is small but bright. The breakfast options are great. Our thermostat wasn’t working in our room but we were comfortable. I told them when we checked out it was not working right staff was polite.

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to for this property. I was really impressed with how clean the property is. It also is located in a great area with lots of shopping stores and great selection of restaurants. Floors throughout the hotel smelled like floor cleaner which tells me they really take care of the cleaning throughout the property. Also the staff truly cares about their guests. We had requested some extra pillows and blankets for the night and they were up to our room in no more than a minute with our request. I highly recommend this property.

Hot tub was not so hott
Service didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Not rude but just not very welcoming. Breakfast was typical, comfort of beds good, and cleanliness was decent. The pool was ok. Hot tub small and cold!!! It was more like the temperature of 30 min old bath water.
