Great customer service. Nice sheets and bedding. Easy to find parking. Facility worn, door to room looked like it had been broken and repaired, no hot water in shower in evening or in morning, no closet door in room, dirty glass doors-handprints all over. Other guests, strong “smell” in hallways, kids running, yelling, slamming doors on and off until 4am. Pool area good for younger kids.

Traveling as a family of 5: Cons: The room wasnt very clean. The mattress had blood stains and urine stains. There were cans of Busch lite already in the garbage can in the room and the couch had white stains on it.. The front desk wasnt very helpful or available. The employees sat in the room behind the front desk and ignored me and my kids waiting to be helped. I was just trying to get some coffee packets for our room since breakfast wasnt until 8am even though the site says it starts at 7am. There were no vending machines for water or snacks. The morning staff weren't very pleasant at all. Pros: the kids had fun at the waterpark and arcade. There were restaurants and gas stations within walking distance so that was very helpful!

It was an alright place to stay. Front desk staff was absent a lot and had to ring a bell for service. The restaurant was not open until like 3:00 so we had to go find food for lunch. Pool was versatile and adequate for young children. Room was good and clean. Would stay again.

Find another hotel
Our first room had a terrible smell so staff moved us to another room, which was OK. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable enough. We booked this hotel for the water features especially the hot tub. This is the only time I've ever been cold in a hot tub, the water was lukewarm, about like a heated pool. There were no pool towels and others said there hadn't been any all day. After about 45 minutes we went back to the room (wet) to take a shower and warm up. The shower temperature was colder than the hot tub. Sink had hot water but barely any in the shower. Had a good night's sleep, intended to get up and try the hot tub again. Found out the pool area doesn't open until 10 am with checkout at 11 am. Everything else was so poor we didn't even bother looking at the breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel, won't ever go back.

the hotel room had no sheets for the pull out bed texted for sheets and towels and never received. went to the water park and went to ask for towels was told they’re all in the wash sorry. sorry bring your own. the pull out was a thin foam piece that was dirty and gross so kiddo had to get in bed with us. no plugins next to the bed to charge phones. Worst part went to check out a lovely nice gentleman that wa s maintenance went to get someone for me and the guy came out dumbfounded looked like he wasn’t awake and said what do you need… i said to check out oh your good i said how you don’t even know what room number i am and stood there and stared at me. got an email about checking out 2 hrs later thank goodness i checked my phone and clicked already left highly disappointed

We paid about $100 extra for a suite so we had room for our little girls birthday party. Checked in, had two rooms reserved. Only needed one. Didn’t get a suite, still paid for it. Rooms were unclean, things were broken, pool needs dire attention. Have stayed here before. Never again.

We got locked in the bedroom. The key fob broke and the door handle was just spinning around and around. Maintenance did upgrade us to Presidential but mother is handicapped and the only elevator that was working was all the way on other side of the hotel. I had a full blown panic attack from being locked in the room.

Entry/exit door by our room was jammed and couldn’t get in or out. I told maintenance and the front lobby. After 2 days they finally duct taped the door so then it was always open and could never be locked. After the first night our keys did not work for our rooms. Every morning at 8am all of the cleaning staff gathered in front of our room and were very loud. They were also yelling at each other down the hallway waking us every morning. Our shower had mold in it. The hot tub was filthy, might as well have been sitting in lake water. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. When I asked the front desk about why there wasn’t much for a breakfast they blamed it on the restaurant that they have nothing to do with. I sensed that there was some beef between the hotel and the restaurant the way they were talking. The Wi-Fi absolutely did not work the entire time we were there. I rented 4 rooms and when I checked in it took about an hour just to do the paperwork. They had me swipe my card for incidentals 4 different times. Come to find out it was not for incidentals it was to pay for the room. After the first 2 swipes my card declined because it flagged for fraud due to the same balance being charged multiple times. We will never stay at this hotel again. There were many other issues I didn’t mention. I would not recommend.

Gone downhill since our last stay here. Kiddos enjoyed the water park, but the front desk staff were rude, first room had no heat, second room had multiple broken things, tv didn’t work, phone ripped out of wall, and pool was supposed to open at 10, but didn’t open til 10:44. Cleanliness wasn’t great either.

Everything was immaculate our room, the pool area and the arcade. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The indoor waterpark was very clean and nice. kids had to be a certain height to go down the biggest waterslide but yet they let kids of all sizes in The smaller area met for 1-5 aged children. The smaller children were repeatedly knocked down by children that were 14 or 15 and had no business being in the smaller waterslide area. As they have a certain height to go down the big water slides, they should have a height requirement For the smaller side, so the smaller children could play more safe. Why a teenager would wanna go down a tiny waterslide was beyond me. We seen smaller children repeatedly knocked down water splashed in their faces.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Front desk person was friendly. Wonderful place for children to have fun in the swimming pools and slides. Could have used a little more lighting in the room. I would have given it five except for the person who was working in the Boo's Pizza and chicken / sports bar. I believe he may have been the manager. He was the rudest person to us and everyone else that came in. He was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. Said there was no bartender so he complained the whole time that he had to pour drinks and He didn't know how to do that since he's not a bartender. My husband and I and one other person were the only ones in the bar. We had to wait 10 minutes when we went in to get our drink. Other people came in to order food they also had to wait about 10 minutes for him to even acknowledge them. How busy could he have been when we were the only ones in the bar? The other person was a local who has been there many a time and this man, I believe his name is Kevin, was really rude and ignorant to him also. I wanted a draft beer and he didn't know how to pour it. We order an Italian hoagie and he gave us some other kind of hoagie. The three of us left.
