we booked 2 rooms to stay during our long distance move. After loading a moving truck and driving 5 hours, we were so looking forward to showers but to our horror, neither shower worked in either room. The shower would turn on a little but basically we were forced to take baths. When I notified the front desk, all they said was "sorry". I will never stay here again!! Avoid this place!!

Smelly Loud Hotel
Would not recommend, will not be staying here ever again. When we arrived we were given the room right next to the elevator, on the first floor. We asked for another one, and there was only one other, which was provided, but when we walked into our room and it STUNK like mildew. We ended up turning off the AC unit and that helped, but then it's hot/muggy/less smell, but still smelly. The walls were paper thin - we were able to hear the neighbors TV, opening a drink, sneezing - all through the wall. I think the people above us rearranged their whole hotel room based on the noise. The breakfast was nothing special, I'm not sure where other people have been having hotel breakfast and rave about this one, but this was typical for most hotels. Positive - the room was very clean and close to the highway

I have reviewed this hotel previously and found it to be more than adequate, however, this time I discovered the BR sink was once again clogged. Seems to be a recurring problem. Response was once again slow, but once again, addressed. After we arrived home, I discovered that Expedia was paid but we were charged hundreds of dollars extra with no explanation. I called the hotel several times and it took several days for the manager to call me back and promise a refund. Some money was refunded based on "trainee" staff, but the charges are so convoluted that I believe I'm still overcharged a significant amount. I will let it go as I don't have the time to deal with it. I will not stay here again as I am not a lawyer not an accountant.
