Notice that microwaves are only available in the suites. The pocket door for the bathroom is weighty and "soft" (force) closes. Small children should be shown how to avoid pinched fingers. When I tried to use the phone, I got no dial tone. When I called the front desk from the hallway phone, I was told to push Guest Access(?) and then speaker and carry on the conversation with the speaker on. That inconvenient procedure is not in the dialing instructions. Location is convenient to Jordon Creek. We won't stay here again.

Staff were very hospitable and welcoming even at midnight when we checked in. The room was very clean and a great size. Only problem was the shower pressure, but otherwise great place to stay for the night.

Loud guests in the hallway until late hours (a hockey team was staying there). Some channels you would expect to have on the tv were not available (Hallmark, Nickelodeon) and we were forced to stream these on our phones. Water spots on the ceiling from an apparent leak.
