The house is a 2 minute walk from Castle Donnington main high street which is host to excellent independent shops, cafes, bistros and restaurants. The main castle Donnington bus station is also a 2 minute walk. Buses run regularly to the airport, Donnington Park, DHL, East Midlands Gateway and link to Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough and Derby. The Sky link bus runs 24 hours, 7 days a week.

East Midlands Aeropark (at 2 min distance) – If you’re someone who loves spotting aircraft, this is the right place for you! This museum displays restored airplanes with a huge area where you can view takeoffs & landings of aircraft with excellent views over the DHL cargo hub.

Donington Park Race Circuit (at 4 -5 min distance approx.) – A fun filled place for people of all age groups! Beautiful views, racing, karting, picnic, café and of course the annual Download festival – this spot offers you everything.
Donington Collection (at 4-5 min distance) – This museum has an incredible collection of various racing cars. The collection also includes many military vehicles like half-tracks & other motorcycles. This place is heaven for car lovers!

East Midlands Airport – located only 8 min away.

When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.

We always do our best to keep each property is great condition as shown in the pictures, however please be aware - over time properties may experience some wear and tear, much like us mortal humans :)

House Rules

1. No smoking and no pets allowed; breaking this rule will incur a 250GBP fine.
2. Strictly no person(s) outside of the booking are allowed in the listing without prior approval. There will be a 250GBP charge if found breaking this rule.
3. If additional guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a 250GBP charge.
4. Please kindly refrain from making any excessive noise. Your reservation may be cancelled if we receive a complaint from a neighbour.
5. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 50 GBP for every extra hour of cleaning required.
6. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 50GBP per extra hour. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 10 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognise that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
8. Guests accept that on rare occasions there may be disruptions to the internet service, which are outside of our control. We aim to resolve any issues ASAP
9. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
10. No parties! This will automatically retain the full deposit.
