Great stay as always, they are doing beautiful upgrades and the restaurant/Bar is comfortable and friendly- we always forget until we get there how bad the beds are however because we love everything else about it- we were hoping with the new updates that beds had been included, but sadly still so bad I could barely move in the morning

Found Drugs under the Mattress in our room…Filthy as well…Phone was not working for several weeks and they are tearing the entire Property down first week in November…We were booked for 2 nights and cancelled our 2nd night and found other accommodations in Lincoln City…

Love the location! Stellar!Rooms are in need of improvements...especially for the money they charge. Bed was too hard for my liking. Fireplace door needed cleaning...very sooty. I had a 'pet friendly' room. The floor needed cleaning and there was dirt in the corners. Windows looking out to the ocean were dirty. The staff is awesome.

We love staying here, it's unfortunate that they are tearing it down as opposed to remodeling it. I love the older feel, the amenities are great and you can't beat the location.

The motel was a bit run down, but the ocean view made up for it. We had a note saying the motel was due to be demolished in a few months. Beds were comfortable and big. Front desk folks were nice.

Everything was fine. The property is old the floors didn’t look clean, but I think it’s because they were scratched up from luggage. Also, the bathroom floor could’ve been a little cleaner. It was also very disappointing that we didn’t know ahead of time that the restaurant wasn’t going to be open while we were there that would’ve been very convenient which was one of the reasons I picked this site. The check-in process was great. I did everything online, except get the keys from the front desk when we arrived. The front desk person was very helpful as well as other staff we encountered.

Love location overlooking the ocean. Restaurant on site was delicious. Sadly, there is a lot of erosion happening and apparently the building is going to be demolished in October 2024. Clarion is putting a new hotel up that is only going to be affordable for the ultra wealthy. It was a treat to stay in this lovely location at an affordable rate of $250/night.

Did not stay. Room was too disgusting to even sit our bag down. Left immediately after opening room door. The smell was revolting, room filthy, building has rotting wood everywhere. WORST hotel I have ever entered.
