I liked you had real coffee cups and glasses! If you want to get picky... couple of wine glasses and liquid creamer instead of powered would be nice. (I love my coffee in the morning.) All in all it was great!

Comfortable Accommodations, could use maintenance.
This property is great, and staff service is great. However the property is behind on maintenance and doesn’t always respond to requests to address missing items or malfunctioning items. Aside from the bed and desk chair, there was no where else to sit in the room (despite photos depicting an arm chair in room). A request for one led to us having a conference chair delivered. Not quite the same. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. A perfectly fine property but I wouldn’t want to pay more than what we did ($100/night plus fees). It’s a central location and easy enough to park on the street for lower fees than the parking garage too.

The heat blew out cold air the entire time we were at the hotel. Even when they came to “fix” it, one side blew out hotter air at 71 degrees than our bedroom blowing out freezing cold air at 73 and 74 degrees. Also, the tub was smaller than advertised as a suite bathroom online. Least of our problems, but still waiting on a manager phone call or email. We were not expecting this at all on our anniversary weekend.

A straight catfish
My stay here was horrible from check in. I went to four different room. After a long flight and my first time ever in Denver. When plans were to look for a new home . I had to change rooms because the first room was dirty second room was even worst . Then to go back to the first room and there was no hot water no heat… I had to get a space heater to find out the boiler was out . The urgency of this matter was ignored. I flew in and the next day flew out my dash swelled out felt like sand paper. My start and end was horrible and they only gave a discount when I should have got it for free! A person with a disability and had to suffer through the night and then it was a fire alarm that never went off in my hotel room. I would never!!
