Each bedroom features a king bed, there is a sleeper sofa, as well as a queen air mattress. Easy access to downtown Denver and airport. Dog friendly, highspeed internet and smart TVs included. Long driveway (off street) parking.

The Space:
This unique remodel allows 2 units in a single family home. Each unit has it's own private and secure entrance. The only shared space is public street parking. This unit is the lower basement level of the home and guests will access through the backdoor of the property.

Guest Access:
Guests may access through private entrance at back door of property

The Neighborhood:
This is the lower unit of a duplex. Please do not disturb upper guests. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to interstate, shopping, restaurants and transportation.

Excellent management

First VRBO accidentally booked us in the unit being renovated. The owner immediately had us in the correct unit. Very nice inside with larger than normal TVs for a vacation rental. Extremely large fridge and a great coffee maker including pods. We had another issue and the owner handled it masterfully. We recommend any of his properties.

The property is decent but the floors are very thin and the tenants upstairs sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor at 5:00 AM. Other than that, everything was fine.

Colorado stay

The unit was very clean. The location was a perfect distance for visiting our family . Beds and Bedding were comfortable. Basement unit was noisy with upstairs guests moving about. It would be nice to have furniture on outside patio. All in all an “ok” stay.
