Upon arriving for check in, my room wasnt available yet, but the wait was not long and Samaris was very nice helpful! There is one con: the latch to use the shower came apart several times. Although , the front desk sent someone up right away to fix each time, it was still an incovenience. Overall stay was grear!

. Phone in room broken - which we need to coordinate valet of our car - and after asking 4 times it was never fixed. TV didn’t work. Manager was rude and couldn’t be bothered With any of these issues. They did nothing about this, no credit, no discount, nothing. They said since it was reserved through a third party, they had no ability to offer any refund or credits at all.

We thought the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only downsides were, first, the elevators. There were four, but it seems that maybe a couple were down? We were waiting seemingly ever for an elevator. The second is the 11:00 checkout time. We do a lot of weekend trips to Denver and have stayed at maybe 15 different downtown Denver hotels. They ALL have 12:00 checkout times. It's not a deal killer but it did make our morning a bit rushed. These are minor dings and we will stay there again.

Clean, comfortable downtown stay
Hotel was clean however, the shower drain was clogged, and the shower diverter was missing. I will say that once I called maintenance did respond quickly for the diverter. I am sure the drain was unclogged the next day. Beds were comfortable and pillows rocked. I would stay again, if the price was less.

It was a terrible stay. Nothing in the room worked. For example, the telephone, the wifi (worked for my phone but I couldn't connect my computer and the air conditioning system. The worst part was the next morning when I needed to take a shower and the shower didn't work. In addition the elevators were not working properly so there were incredibly long wait times.

Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming. We walked by the desk probably 15 times and never once did anyone say hello or acknowledge us even when in line no one acknowledges you until they absolutely have to. Gives off the vibe that we are bothering them being the paying guests.Overnight valet did not speak at all to us when we brought car back late…was a bit weird how no one talked…day time valet were friendly and did a great job.
