The Rally was awesome- walking distance to great shopping and many restaurants. As a guest there were discounts at many local spots and the staff were amazing! From a hand written note and bottle of wine to letting me borrow a tape measure to make sure my backpack could travel with me to a Red Rocks concert. Overall amazing- will be back!

Staff was super friendly! The rooftop pool was closed for yearly maintenance when we went and they went above and beyond to make it up to us, even offering a room upgrade. We got complimentary beers at check in and white wine waiting for us in the room. We loved the ice cream social hour every day. And the food court right outside in McGregor square was super convenient for meals. We had an awesome time!

Abysmal service. Staff rude and unhelpful. Had called ahead prior to booking to ensure pool and hot tub would be open, they said it would be and it was closed for maintenance. Given $100 credit for food and beverage and they treated us rudely (“oh we know who you are” when calling the front desk - rude and creepy), no conditioner in the room, took a long time for them to get us basic necessities and they charged us $153 dollars anyways for fees and food and service that we believed were covered. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy, it was so uncomfortable with the clearly disgruntled staff there that made sure we felt like our comfort and needs were the lowest priority. I have never had a stay that I was so much looking forward to be so completely disappointing. Wouldn’t be surprised if this business goes under in a few years, does not seem like it’s run properly at all.

Wow - for such a new hotel this place is not good. The shower leaked into the hallway and living area - the phones were broken so we couldn’t call the front desk - the pool was closed and they still charged us a resort fee. If the amenities are not open why should we pay a fee?

I was disappointed at the wear and tear of the property, how dark and small the room was too. The tiles around the pool area were loose. But mostly disappointed at how small the room was. No chair, no desk, no small table, not even enough room for a rollaway, just 2 queen beds, that’s literally all that fit.
