Upon arrival the front desk attendant was unbelievably rude and uncooperative to any requests. Blatantly expressed his unintentional attitude at attempting to accommodate our 5 day stay. The housekeeper was extremely polite and helpful and her going above and beyond made our stay comfortable.

The hotel was great Room was clean cozy quiet The restaurant within walking distances was great The only thing I can consider complaining about was the bed was too soft for me but that is a personal issue. the others in the family that stayed with me Said they slept GREAT. I would definitely go back and probably will next time in in the area

No Pool , No hot tub as advertised. Son was liked out after taking his dog out for several hours. No one there!!!What if there was an emergency? Not letting people know about the pool and no hot tub is Fraud!!! Advertising something that is not there??? I am going to call the General manager and request a refund!!! Stayed for 5 nights Had hip surgery and needed both!! Had to pay and use a gym.
