Great hotel, walking distance to Ball Arena. The staff was excellent; friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town next!

I would have left a 5 star review because the hotel and rooms are really nice and clean. The girl who checked me in was professional and kind. However the man working the front desk at night was so rude and completely unaccommodating. He acted like I wasn’t even a guest and that I just walked in off the street even though I was clearly staying there. For such a nice hotel I’ve never had such a rude front desk staff member. I travel for work a lot and I was at this hotel for a work trip.

We weren't aware there was only valet parking at this location. Also, the restaurant and bar are closed on the weekends. We were very disappointed in that. We checked in during the end of the week and tried the restaurant. The food was amazing!! The staff wasn't very attentive. The valet team was great!! We just wish we would had known these situations before we booked a room at this location. We will stay elsewhere next time.
