I went with 4 stars basically due to my first time staying with this type of check in. I was confused in finding my room and we could not figure out the tv because it was all app driven or something and that is not for us old folks. So ya, we had no tv entire night and could not watch football. very frustrating. But nice and clean place and next time I will be more familiar with process. Thanks

The place was spotless. Mostly residential neighborhood, so quiet. Inside was mostly quiet, only one group talking in the halls a lot and they were quiet by 9 pm. Easy to check in, use the codes, add parking (highly recommend as the streets are a little narrow and crowded), and check out. Walking distance to Mile High, INVESCO field, whatever one calls Broncos stadium. Would love to stay again!

Building was new and in good shape. Clean units. The units are basic builders gread construction. There is nothing upgraded. It’s as basic a room as possible. The decor was non existent. Supplies and kitchen stock was poor. Not a lot of dishes or anyting else. Lighting was awful. The staff was very helpful. Location was ok. Interstate 25 cuts you off from walki;ng downtown. Overall a nice stay. Just wish the units were a little more comfortable.

Other than the hotel being extremely difficult to get checked into once we got checked in I opened the side table drawer and found a bag with sex toys, and other disgusting un mentionables. I felt grossed out like I was sleeping in filth and because there is no front desk had no one to even talk to you about it. When I reached out to support, they didn’t get back to me for a long time and said that they would be forwarding the information to their Team and never heard anything else about it.
