First room shown was very unclean. Bedsheets had two black hairs, and a lightbulb was missing from one of the lamps. Went back down to welcome desk for a second room. Reception was very very sweet and did an outstanding job considering the majority of the 2nd floor was seemingly being dried out due to water issue. The second room's (#419) television I had to connect so that I could get satellite t.v. and the lights above the sinks were inoperable. Tub was not the cleanest but I can shower regardless if dirt from lack of use goes down the drain. The elevator smelled like urine and so did much of the 4the floor....very musty. You really should surprise visit this facility to see for yourself. I chose your hotel, because I had just stayed 2 nights prior in the Estes Park facility which was very clean and comfortable. Fortunately your staff is well trained and extremely kind because aside from being too extremely tired to drive elsewhere...it was the only reason I did not go somewhere else for my last night in Denver.

Our overnight stay there was anything but good. Our room was dirty, floor tiles cracked/broken, transition strip on floor had nails sticking up of which my husband cut himself on, bathroom appeared not to be cleaned. Then came breakfast before we got on the road ...the food people didn't show, no food, no coffee!!! Never again...

Arrived for breakfast 1 hour before closing. There was almost NO food, no cups for juice machine, and no staff available to correct the problem.

There was a spit ball on the wall above the bed, what looked like a splatter of blood, and cobwebs in the room. We went down for breakfast at 8 am (breakfast ended at 9) and the only thing available was yogurt. The juice machine was off, the waffle mix was empty, there was no milk for cereal, and no bread for the butter and peanut butter they had out. When we asked if there would be anymore food coming out, the staff member replied " what's out there is what's left". There wasn't even any coffee. After waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes, along with calling out for anyone to help us, we left. Will not stay here again!
