Everything was brand new. Interior completely remodeled 2 years ago. It was the best motel we stayed in on our 14 day road trip. Person behind the desk was most helpful and kind and caring

Rooms and common areas were very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. No elevator, but is only a two level hotel. Ice machine and vending only on the first floor. Continental breakfast was good.
The breakfast that is offered has much to be desired. All carbs, other than coffee, yogurt and juice everything was grains. Bagels, toast, cereal and waffles. The room was excellent.
This was a pretty rough experience. At check in the room wasn't clean yet, the staff was rude and argumentative, and there's a deposit at check in that you don't have notice of and there's no record on the receipt. When I asked for a receipt of the deposit the man at the desk got argumentative. Breakfast was terrible. The whole counter was dirty, the waffle iron was dirty, the fruit was old and the Bagels are stale. The room was cleaned sub par. Won't be coming back here.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. I had an issue with the toilet in my room flushing slowly. When I notified the front desk i was offered a plunger. I was on my way out for the day for my business meeting so I declined assuming they would have maintenance take care of it. When I returned that evening it had not been rectified and I was again offered a plunger to do the job myself. Now, I wouldn’t expect guests at my home to do my maintenance work and I’m not charging them to stay. How does a hotel, charging me for THEIR services, ask me to do their job? Also, what they called a breakfast was very minimal snack fare.

Over charged for pet, small cramped rooms. Weird desk help man.
El hotel es limpio y acogedor, pero dos cosas casi arruinan nuestra estancia: el desayuno es terriblemente pobre, ni siquiera hay cereal. Pero lo peor fue que al momento del check-out exactamente a las 11 am la recepcionista fue al cuarto a golpear la puerta en repetidas ocasiones y amenazarnos con cobrarnos $25 extra si no abandonábamos el hotel en los siguientes 5 minutos. Comprendo que la salida es a las 11 am, pero me pareció ridícula la amenaza, casi todos los hoteles te dan una tolerancia de al menos 10 minutos.
