LOVED this rental...
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was our first time in Denver and we had only planned a concert at Red Rocks. Lani & Scott were helpful with suggestion based on our interest! The rental was very nice and we found the location perfect. It was great to be out of downtown but still just a quick 10 minute drive away. Sloans Lake is beautiful and a great place for just being outside and enjoying the Colorado weather! We would absolutely stay here again when we return!

New construction, lovely, clean and quiet. The lake across the street and the surrounding neighborhood are delightful. However, no mention of the 23(!) steps down to the front door and the advertised patio pictured in the description belongs to the property next door. There is no patio on this property. It was nicely appointed but for the complicated microwave oven and it could really use an electric kettle.

Sloan’s Lake basement stay
The location could not be better for walking to Empower stadium. Beautiful area of Denver with a lake to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nicely furnished apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our best accomodations yet!
In town in support of our son participating in Ironman Boulder. Our accomodations were certainly the best yet. Ideal neighborhood next to a beautiful lake just across the street w/ the beautiful serene Rocky Mountains in the background, great restaurants & shopping nearby. Beware however, as mentioned - this is a basement rental w/ a share amount of steps, so probably not ideal for those w/ mobility issues & certainly not handicap. It was a bit of a challenge for us, but we pushed through it & w/o regret.
