We stayed at this property three years in a row on our annual visit to see family in Parker. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with an excellent, responsive kitchen staff. The king rooms face the highway but noise level did not interfere with sleep due to a/c fan. Overall, the beds could use an upgrade, a bit soft for us.

was a little surprised that the toilet paper holder in bathroom was all the way under the counter. Kinda a long reach!! hence toilet paper was on back of toilet! also would like a dresser or some sort drawers so you can unpack a bit. but all in all a very nice hotel!!

I was upset because myself and six other guests waited in the lobby to check in for 27 minutes. There was no staff anywhere to be seen and it was only 9ish at night. I even called the 800 number to see what was going on, and shortly after reporting the absence of staff, someone did finally appear. No apology whatsoever, and he acted very nonchalant. But once I was checked in and got to my room that pretty well made up for the bad start. Lovely rooms (I just had a basic king), very clean, quiet, and comfortable in every way. Breakfast was great as well!

Nice area in Parker. Unfortunately our first room smelled incredibly strongly of dog pee. Staff was accommodating to switch us rooms. In the 2nd room, the electricity was wired incorrectly, so we could have all the lights on at once (bright overhead lights, bedside lamps) or none…which included all electrical outlets too. Soooo, no way to charge cell phones without leaving all bright lights on all night….so weird and annoying. Floor tiles also not glued down well and pop up loudly every time they are stepped on. Thin ceiling too, so we heard the floor boards popping up from above us too. A newer hotel that definitely had some issues with construction.
