The Space:
Our remodeled 2 King bed home in Littleton, CO provides a comfortable and modern living space. The bedrooms are fitted with cozy beds and ample storage space, while the living room boasts a smart TV for entertainment. Whip up a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, or enjoy the outdoors in the spacious backyard. The garage provides convenient parking and storage for your outdoor gear. Perfect for families, friends, or solo travelers looking to explore all that Colorado has to offer.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
This property comes with full access to the lower unit and private yard.

There is a gate on the right side of the house that leads to the backyard. Once in the backyard, look for the door with a black electronic lock on it. It is the wood colored door closest to the sliding glass door.(not the restricted shed)

Hold your hand over the key pad to light up the numbers. The code to enter is 0222# and it is the same code on the interior door to the unit.

This will bring you inside the garage, and you may park inside if you want. You must open the garage door manually.

Enjoy a stroll or bike ride along the nearby Platte River Trail, or explore the quaint shops and restaurants in historic downtown Littleton. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Rocky Mountains and world-class skiing are just a short drive away. With convenient access to major highways, you can easily explore all that the Denver metro area has to offer.

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to get around the Denver metro area by car. There are also several public transportation options nearby, including bus stops and light rail stations. For those who prefer to explore on foot or by bike, the Platte River Trail provides easy access to downtown Littleton and beyond. Additionally, Denver International Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from our home.

Please note that our home is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Also, our home is equipped with smart TV's for your entertainment. Finally, please take care of our home and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Thank you!

Good stay.
We had a good stay. The cleaners were still there when we arrived but they hurried to finish up. Things were fairly clean. The noise from upstairs is definitely an issue and the lack of the ability to control the heat downstairs is not optimal. The inside is very nice and modern. All the things you could want are available. Beds are very comfortable and the shower is roomy. The back yard could use work but served it’s purpose. All around, a decent place to stay.

THE wedding of Chris and Jennifer
We had a problem with overbooking of the property, that is why check in is 4 stars, but they were very apologetic and fixed it for us. Heard from VRBO and they immediately had an alternate property close to the original and nicer than our original place ~ didn’t charge us for the extra. It worked out great! They stated that overbooking isn’t usually a problem and will look into it. Had 2 older Corgis with us, they loved the back yard!

Very dissatisfied. Safety and cleanliness issues at this property
The outside of the property was unkept specifically the backyard area. There were uneven stacks of cinder blocks in several areas, there were broken rakes lying in the yard upside down, and there was a piece of sheet metal lying beside a small stack of wood which I accidentally ran into (not knowing it was there) and slightly slit my heel. Our second concern was the mouse dropping found in the master bedroom bedsheets. These were the reasons we decided we could no longer stay at this property. I have photos and videos that show these concerns.

A few issues with the property…
There is no thermostat, so you have to call host each time you want temperature adjusted. Also, the kitchen sink doesn’t drain. Host communicates well

Centrally located and convenient
This property was a great option and fit our needs well. Having two rooms and a kitchen was much better than trying to find 2 hotel rooms for a few nights stay. Everything was simple from check in to check out. Proximity to Old Town Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Downtown Denver was perfect. Thanks,

It is a nice place
I stayed there with my wife and our two dogs. It was really clean and had pretty much all of the necessities except there wasn't any soap or body wash. It was really nice to have a backyard for the dogs although the gate does not shut all the way. Also the oven door seemed to come undone continually during baking which causes the oven alarm to go off so someone needs to stand there and keep pushing it shut. It was really nice that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils and pots and pans. There is also no way to control the temperature inside other than messaging the owner about the temperature. Also the renters living upstairs were noisy throughout the night on Saturday but we're quiet during the week. Finally the garbage disposal would not drain without running the disposal and otherwise would back water up. Overall it was a nice and comfortable place but hope the owner can have these issues corrected to make it perfect.

Great price and location!
My husband and I rented this property as we were in town for a wedding. It was in a great location to everything and pretty clean. Just be prepared this is a true basement, so no looking out the windows while drinking your coffee! Also, you could easily hear the upstairs tenants. Otherwise the kitchen is big and I wish we had a need/opportunity to use it! If you're looking to save on your trip to Littleton, this is the place for you!

Lovely Visit
My family of 5 stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. The property is in a lovely neighborhood, just a few minutes from old town Littleton. The unit was thoughtfully arranged, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the availability of organic coffee and prompt response to messages. Would gladly book again in the future.

Littleton home for a quick getaway
The inside was nice, the outside not as pleasant. The garage door opener did not work, so saying we can park inside was great, but the door was heavy to manually open. Also there was apparently some work done in the ceiling of the bathroom right before our arrival and drywall paint and dust was not cleaned up very well. Wasn't terrible, but made us wonder what it was all about since we did not get/read the email that the host needed access for that prior to our arrival

Nice N Neat
The place is updated and works wonderfully. The fence to the backyard access needs repair and cleaned up because your first impression is not good. Once in the location, it is very nice. One of my biggest issues with this one and others - is provide cooking oil. It is a royal pain in the bum to have to buy oil to cook with for each and every stay. Also provide another way to make coffee other than a K cup. Maybe a French press. Thanks for the stay.

Jeff was easy to communicate with! We where in town for a Wedding wanted to avoid staying in a hotel with our family. Unique set up as this unit is located in basement but nicely finished and very clean. Separate entry from the rear of the property so you are completely separate from the top unit which was nice!
